Responsibilities
Data analysis: Preprocessing, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data to turn it into actionable insights.
Data modeling: Creating efficient data models, defining relationships between tables, and implementing measures and calculations.
Data visualization: Using visual elements like charts, graphs, or maps to represent data.
Business requirements: Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Reporting: Designing, developing, and deploying reporting tools and automated reports and dashboards.
Security: Establishing row-level data security while understanding Power BI's application security layer models.
Maintenance: Maintaining and supporting platforms for data analytics, and enhancing and optimizing existing BI systems.

Required
Bachelor's degree
5 years of related experience
Domestic and/or international travel may be required
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Preferred
PowerBI experience is strongly preferred, along with Tableau and experience with other BI software is a plus
Previous experience working in the (AEC) industry
Knowledge of PMIS (project management information systems) such as e-Builder, Kahua, Procore, Unifier
Fluency in Spanish
