Responsibilities

Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and implement educational curriculum for various formats (instructor-led training, e-learning, blended learning)

Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner needs to determine appropriate instructional strategies and content development

Content Creation: Create instructional materials including lesson plans, course outlines, storyboards, multimedia elements, assessments, and supporting documents

Technology Integrations: Utilize authoring tools and learning management systems to create interactive learning experiences

Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of instructional materials and programs through data analysis; implement improvements based on evaluation results

Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content
