Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of a team engaged in designing and delivering test design and execution for health plan benefits.

Identify areas of improvement and engage with internal business partners and leaders to resolve issues and drive results.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and root cause analysis discussions across multiple business units.

Required

Overall 6 years of quality assurance or testing experience.

At least 3 years of working in PBM or related work experience

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and perform the necessary Root Cause Analysis

Knowledge and experience of RxClaim (AS400), EZQuery and EZTest tools

Well organized and able to effectively prioritize work and meet the schedule

Proactively Identify schedule and project risks and timely communicate the same to project stakeholders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Self-motivated and focused on ensuring client intent is met

HS Diploma plus equivalent work experience

Preferred

3- years experience working in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) industry/Managed care industry or Healthcare setting preferred

Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) and collaboration skills

Courteous and professional demeanor with the desire and ability to work in a team

Ability to interact and with project leads and SME’s

Bachelor’s preferred preferably in Business, Finance or Business Analytics
