Responsibilities
Maintaining financial models for in-process developments and associated monthly updates of forecasting models.
Underwriting prospective developments, acquisitions, and redevelopments.
Preparing memoranda on projects for approval by relevant committees.
Assisting with due diligence functions for new investments and dispositions.
Preparing quarterly asset review books for in-process developments.
Performing financial and credit analysis on potential tenants and vendors.
Preparing abstracts for anchor tenant leases, PSAs, and Joint Venture Agreements.
Tracking significant contract dates and escrow deposits.
Assisting with special projects and ad hoc requests.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Two (2) to five (5) years of relevant professional experience
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Solid foundation in retail real estate fundamentals
Advanced level proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs
Argus Enterprise experience and/or certification
Beginner level proficiency with PowerBI (or similar software)
Preferred
Retail underwriting experience
Commercial real estate experience
