Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate and execute digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media, events, and content creation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive activities.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Athlete experience is a plus (professional, olympic, collegiate)
