Responsibilities
Collaborate with finance leadership across various teams to develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, and projects.
Conduct thorough analysis to evaluate potential returns, risks, and opportunities associated with proposed projects.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex financial data and extract meaningful insights.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
Provide FP&A support and consolidations for the International segment.
Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key insights and trends.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in reports, adhering to established reporting standards.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, incorporating input from various departments.
Conduct cash flow analysis to optimize working capital management and support liquidity planning.

Required
BA/BS degree in Finance, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis
General knowledge of accounting and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis required (e.g. Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating with executive level; ability to distill complex financial topics into executive-level insights / presentations (e.g. in PowerPoint)
Audit-level attention to detail with ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
Excels working under pressure, meets deadlines, and is able to work flexible hours
Preferred
Prior experience with SAP and Planning Analytics (or other planning / reporting tools) a plus
Experience working in / with multinational corporations and CPG industry a plus
