Responsibilities

Data Collection and Cleaning: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and reliability.

Data Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that provide valuable insights into business performance and customer behavior.

Data Visualization: Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to present findings and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Performance Monitoring: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to monitor and track business performance over time.

Predictive Modeling: Build predictive models and algorithms to forecast future trends, identify risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis and provide analytical support to cross-functional teams to address specific business questions or challenges.

Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and deliver insights that support their objectives.

Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures, including data privacy regulations and best practices for data security.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization to enhance skills and drive innovation.

Documentation: Document data analysis methodologies, assumptions, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility of results.

Required

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field.

Proven experience as a data analyst or business analyst, with a strong focus on data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.

Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, including designing interactive dashboards and reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Experience in Call Center reporting including platforms such as Twilio, Ring Central preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
