Responsibilities
Design and develop modernized instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, multimedia presentations, and assessments using Articulate authoring tools.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify learning objectives, and define project requirements.
Apply instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
Utilize instructional design models and methodologies, such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), to guide the development process.
Create storyboards, scripts, and prototypes to demonstrate the flow and structure of instructional content.
Develop and incorporate interactive elements, multimedia assets, and engaging activities to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure instructional materials meet established standards and specifications.
Collaborate with team members and multimedia developers to integrate technology-based solutions, such as simulations, videos, and interactive elements.
Lead the team in analyzing emerging trends and technologies in instructional design, e-learning, and adult learning to continually enhance instructional approaches.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials through formative and summative assessments, feedback surveys, and learner performance data (Kirkpatrick model).
Use L&D Program Management (PMP) experience to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables and ensure projects are completed within established deadlines.
Develop & Lead on-site & virtual Train the Trainer sessions
Utilize expertise with modern learning components (microlearning, gamification, video, infographics, and Interactive learning) to assist in evolving team member skills.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (8-10 years) working as an instructional designer or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting using modern learning tools (microlearning, video, gamification, infographics, and interactive media).
Solid understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning methodologies.
Proficiency in using instructional design tools and software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, Captivate, or similar e-learning authoring tools.
Strong multimedia skills, including creating engaging visuals, animations, and interactive elements.
Knowledge working with learning management systems (LMS) and experience in designing online learning platforms.
Program Management Experience in L&D (Preferably PMP) and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Expertise using Kanban tools preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality instructional materials.
Ability to adapt to changing technologies, trends, and evolving instructional design methodologies
Preferred
Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
Expertise using Kanban tools.
