Responsibilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in graphic design

Three plus years of experience as a graphic designer on a variety of media including print, digital, and video

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

A solid working knowledge of the latest versions of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

Ability to create marketing videos and animations for social media (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, or other modern video editing programs)

Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling

Demonstrates the initiative to work and learn independently and proactively contribute to the company goals

Accepts constructive criticism in a positive manner and uses it as a learning tool

Ability to articulate and present creative ideas

Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail

Self-motivated, organized

Must have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Excel in Designing layouts with a great sense of typography and composition

Clear verbal and written communication; and presentation skills

Deep understanding of current design, social media, and technology trends, and the ability to integrate them into creative work
