Responsibilities
Develop and maintain real-time embedded software applications.
Work on software products related to image processing, target detection, missile guidance, system control, and communication.
Utilize C++ in a Linux-based environment or real-time operating systems like VxWorks or Integrity.
Lead technical tasks and provide expertise in areas relevant to the company's products.
Implement software throughout the development lifecycle including architecture, design, and integration.
Use source code control, issue tracking tools, and modern test tools for unit testing and static analysis.
Configure and manage continuous test environments.
Apply knowledge of Agile development, Cyber Security, and Department of Defence products.

Required
US Citizenship
Active secret clearance
Experience throughout the entire software development lifecycle
Technical task leadership and/or subject matter expert in relevant area
Strong background in real-time embedded software development
Experience with source code control and issue tracking tools
Experience with modern test tools for unit test and static analysis
Object-Oriented principles
C++
Problem-solving using data structures and algorithms
Deep understanding of Operating System concepts
Preferred
Familiarity with standard communication busses and protocols (RS-232, RS-422, MIL-STD-1553, Ethernet)
Configuration and management of a continuous test environment
Familiarity with Agile development
Familiarity with Cyber Security
Experience with Department of Defence products
Experience with board support package and device driver development
