Responsibilities
Identify new prospects for the wide range of offered services
Conduct an analysis of the client, present findings and recommendations and move implementation of solutions forward
Identify areas for business development opportunities and provide strategic advice
Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding and ongoing account management.
Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client and assist with development of tailored service plans to achieve long-term partnerships.
Prepare proposals and agreements to offer services and complete onboarding
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
Proactively identify opportunities to add value to clients through additional services or strategic recommendations and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor client accounts, financials and portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies and best practices
Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, advocating for client needs and priorities.
Work with internal stakeholders to prepare regular reports and updates for clients, summarizing account activity, performance, and key metrics.
Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and best practices in advisory and management services.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax or a related field.
3+ years experience in client or account management.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to review client work product and firm deliverables for quality but also to understand client better and inform positive client engagement
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to handle multiple accounts as well as the individual expectations of each.
Experience with CRM tools HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, Quickbooks, Xero
Preferred
CPA or CFA is preferred.
Experience with project management tools is a plus (Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
