Responsibilities
In alignment with regional marketing campaigns, drive consistent messaging, branding, and execution across all campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal stakeholders to develop targeted campaigns using email, social, and digital channels.
Manage large projects or marketing initiatives and participate in planning sessions with sales, business, and regional stakeholders.
Drive reporting and track the success and effectiveness of marketing activations.
Ensure quality of deliverables and enforcement of critical deadlines through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.
Present campaign strategy/creative brief to internal stakeholders.
Recommend new opportunities to increase the scalability and efficiency of processes.
Liaise with leadership to scope project requirements, including budget, resource needs, and delivery timeframes.
Develop KPIs with Marketing, Practice, and/or Sales leader, with tracking and reporting captured via CRM system.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
A broad understanding and a demonstrated application of marketing strategy execution
Demonstrated ability to influence internal clients in a consultative way
Demonstrated ability to create and execute marketing campaigns in support of the marketing strategy
Organized, with the ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems
Comfort with use of enabling systems and technology
