Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities through partners, research, and networking
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
Manage and grow relationships with strategic partners
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients. Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand client needs and requirements and provide tailored IT solutions
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and feedback
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes
Maintain a deep understanding of our IT services and products
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required

Required

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the IT services industry.
Strong understanding of IT services. Experience with selling enterprise applications like SAP or similar services is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
A team player with the ability to adopt a leadership role where necessary
