Responsibilities
Creating a business plan for assigned accounts/region
Building a sales pipeline, cultivating and maintaining new clients in assigned territories
Gaining access to appropriate decision-makers and signing new clients' contracts for Full-time and/or Contingent workforce solutions and services
Maintaining the status of accounts and sales activities in CRM
Maintaining relationships with clients to develop and retain business
Collaborating on marketing activities to generate qualified target opportunities for new clients
Effectively creating an action plan to help accomplish Monthly and Quarterly performance targets
Exploring cross-selling opportunities within existing client relationships for Infrastructure consulting services

Required
Must be able to multi-task efficiently and effectively and work independently as well.
Possess current B2B sales experience via cold-calling and marketing campaigns in the contingent (temp) staffing industry
Knowledgeable and skilled to develop business relationships, understanding client’s needs, and providing solutions.
Excellent communication skills with a strong desire to succeed
