Responsibilities

Be a champion for great work and help support the team to execute campaigns across a variety of media channels.

Deliver exceptional client management and become an indispensable partner to clients.

Become the steward of any assigned projects. Monitor progress, implement changes share updates and work with manager to problem solve for challenges as needed.

Assist in the development of presentations across strategy, creative, and production.

Source, identify, and package consumer and culture news/trends, inspiring agency and client team’s strategic and creative development.

Develop strong relationships with your counterparts on the Project Management, Creative, and Strategy teams.

Serve as an expert of the business, knowing the ins and outs of the products, claims, and competitive landscape, in order to support the team and help the day-to-day business run smoothly.

Help develop project budgets and ensure projects are on time and in budget.

Assist in meeting management — from scheduling to curating a positive experience for clients when visiting the agency.
