Responsibilities
Promote Agile principles and practices within squads and organization
Guide squads towards effective backlog management, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Product Director on backlog prioritization and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
Provide thought leadership and coach squad members for Agile maturity.
Work with other teams across the organization to coordinate and manage dependencies and delivery

Required
5+ years of Scrum Master experience
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM I & II preferred)
Strong understanding of Agile software delivery and related operational aspects
Experience working at more than one company, and across diverse companies to bring a well-rounded perspective and avoid siloed thinking.
Consulting background is a huge plus for this role.
Experience working through a transformation of a team to Agile structure and Agile practices
Experience working cross-functionally
Experience working with stakeholders
