Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead the successful release new products and enhancements
Develop a roadmap for product features and assess new business opportunities
Research market and competitors, identify product gaps, and understand competitive products
Collaborate with various teams to prioritize product feature requests and define business requirements
Represent business needs in cross-functional development and ensure end results meet strategic needs
Design User Acceptance Testing plans and lead that effort
Train internal departments on new product launches and assess ongoing product performance
Lead cross-departmental effort to identify and resolve quality concerns

Required
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in healthcare, preferably in a healthcare and B2B market.
Ability to graphically map out User Journeys, process workflows, and other context-related diagrams.
Experience working collaboratively with clients on product development and implementation
Demonstrated ability to drive technically sophisticated projects
Adept at working with cross-functional teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills and aptitude for distilling complex technical processes for business audiences
Passionate about healthcare and making it easy for consumers to interact with the healthcare system
Demonstrated organized and analytical, with relentless attention to detail
Proven ability to prioritize multiple activities and finish projects accurately and on time
Able to work with minimum supervision and capable of self-checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced
Self-motivated, creative, independent thinker
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of Information Worker tools
