Responsibilities
Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives
Conduct thorough business process analysis and identify areas for improvement or optimization
Develop detailed business analysis documentation, including business requirements documents
Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure a clear understanding of requirements
Assist in the prioritization of project deliverables and features, providing recommendations based on business impact
Maintain a current understanding of industry best practices and emerging technologies

Required
5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Ability to review, analyze, and document business practices and processes in a standard format
Experience in drafting business requirements, use cases, user stories, and workflows using industry-wide formats and software programs
Understanding risk analysis and the ability to relate risk to project scope
Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders and partners
Must be well organized with a keen eye for attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with asset management software
Experience with COTS products
Infrastructure/facility background
