Responsibilities

Analyze project risks, develop mitigation strategies, manage critical path, and oversee program from concept to commercialization.

Create and execute project work plans, manage day-to-day project operations, and enforce SOPs.

Mitigate team conflicts, motivate team members, and ensure efficient collaboration.

Utilize project management tools to develop and adhere to schedules, report status, and ensure clear objectives.

Establish governance for alignment, ensure product design compliance, and track lessons learned.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and addressing complaints.

Required

Bachelor's Degree

BS in Engineering

10+ years

program management leading medical device development.

Experience with medical device development (Class II/III) under FDA Quality Systems Regulations

Experience with medical device development under FDA Quality Systems Regulations, CE Marking, and ISO Quality Systems is

Technical program management in software and hardware product development
