Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile Process knowledge to all team members
Train the team on each specific process step through the project life
Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, including taking initiative, providing regular updates on your work, seeking and providing support as required
Identify project risks
Demonstrated functional and conceptual understanding of technical matters, as well as the proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications
Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver technical and business reports and proposals
Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations and training to a variety of audiences
Address team questions
Identify and diagnose process issues
Cultivate an agile mindset in all team members
Accountable for facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions, as well as helping to ensure that the development team clearly understands user stories
Communicate with business stakeholders and agile delivery teams to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal

Required
Must be U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain public trust clearance.
Must have a BA/BS at minimum
Must have 8+ years of experience in agile methodologies
Must have 8+ years of business analysis
CSM certified
Agile and Scrum methodologies
Preferred
Proffered to have existing public trust clearance.
