Responsibilities

The Account Executive has end-to-end responsibility for upselling goals to existing customers within the IRM market.
Understand customers' business requirements in the context of IRM market trends.
Maintain or leverage relationships with C-level executives in Risk Management, Information Security, IT, Compliance, and Internal Audit.
Develop and execute a targeted upsell plan within the existing IRM account base.
Organize resources, lead meetings, and conduct demonstrations with prospects.
Close deals and facilitate contract negotiations.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the sales process and revenue goal attainment.
Bring a track record of successfully selling technology solutions to solve business problems.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrate time and territory management skills with 20%-30% overnight travel required.
Deliver product demonstrations to C-level executives.
Maintain activity tracking within the RSA customer relationship management system.

Required

Thorough understanding of SaaS / enterprise software sales within the governance risk and compliance (GRC) domain.
Working knowledge of GRC market
Experience selling to C-level targets and clients.
Knowledge of risk management a plus.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Highly organized and the ability to track activities, opportunities, and contacts within the RSA customer relationship management system on a daily basis.
Minimum of 5-7 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in SaaS, RMIS, GRC, IRM, or other enterprise software.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Preferred

Time and territory management - Overnight travel required 20% - 30%.
