Responsibilities

Produce an extensive range of digital and print materials for Titan Factory Direct including product brochures, flyers, posters, banners, billboards, advertisements, presentations, newsletters, HR materials, yard signs, vehicle signs, and point-of-sale materials.

Develop and present new Spanish marketing ideas to increase Spanish-speaking leads and engagement.

Implement and maintain design standards to ensure consistent results.

Complete high-quality deliverables on schedule and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborate with various teams and departments including marketing, eleads, retail store locations, and others.

Modify and enhance vector assets like graphics and product diagrams.

Assist with additional tasks as needed such as social media management, website management, photography, and email marketing.

Utilize Cloud storage to manage projects and organize assets for multiple brands and regional internal clients.

Required

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, with an emphasis in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Understanding of digital photography principles and ability to perform seamless retouches, enhancements, and edits related to integrating photography into layouts

Ability to utilize collaborative tools, including Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

Strong file management skills

Ability to communicate clearly and establish strong working relationships. You will be expected to actively participate with the team, contributing to brainstorming sessions and collaborative projects to drive innovative marketing strategies

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Confident understanding of design principles and best practices

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related disciplines or demonstrated equivalent work experience required

Standout portfolio demonstrating creativity and a breadth of relevant design skills (with emphasis on design layout/typography, photography/retouch, and work with vector graphics) required

Strong English & Spanish Speaker required
