Responsibilities
Maintain the existing Learning Management System (LMS) and implement integrations with other ClearCompany Talent Management modules.
Prepare for the development of a new, next-generation LMS native to the Talent Management platform.
Collaborate with the C-suite, executive levels, and internal/external stakeholders on strategic thinking and product health metrics.
Communicate areas of concern, develop pricing strategies, and leverage data to influence business decisions.
Triage tickets related to LMS features, enhancements, and bugs in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Client Support teams.
Serve as a Product Ambassador for strategic customers, focusing on their learning management needs and challenges.
Contribute to the overall vision for the Talent Management platform by becoming a subject matter expert on the LMS.
Take ownership of the LMS thematic area within the ClearCompany platform, define the roadmap, and boost adoption while reducing churn.
Serve as an evangelist for the LMS product to internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
