Responsibilities
Implement initiatives to enhance value of the real estate investment portfolio
Collaborate with asset management team to identify and execute improvements
Prepare and present regular reports to internal stakeholders, recommending actionable insights
Create effective reports to update investors on investment performance
Assist in due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions, evaluating property financials, lease agreements, and markets conditions
Identify and assess risks associated with the investment portfolio
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the fund's investments
Conduct market research to support fact-based insights and recommendations
