Responsibilities

Design and develop hybrid cloud network architecture for secure and efficient communication.

Evaluate existing network infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network solutions.

Lead the implementation of networking components to support hybrid cloud deployments.

Develop and maintain documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications for network architecture.

Conduct testing and validation of network designs.

Provide guidance and support for troubleshooting network issues.

Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in networking and cloud computing.

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience (6+ years) in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures in hybrid cloud environments.

Strong proficiency in networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and SDN.

Hands-on experience with cloud networking services and technologies, such as VPCs, Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, and Cloud VPN.

In-depth knowledge of network security principles and best practices, including firewall configuration, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, and access control.

Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN) solutions and orchestration tools, such as Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, or OpenStack.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

Preferred

Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, AWS, or Azure are a plus.
