Responsibilities
Facilitate requirement identification
Document user requirements as backlog items
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify goals and project priorities
Works closely with clients to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for one or more engagement components
Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables that support business goals
Guide, coach, and motivate teams with the goal of increasing productivity
Organize and lead agile ceremonies
Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution
Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments
Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on productive conflict resolution and problem-solving
Prepare and present deliverables including monthly status reports
Coordinate activities with other teams across the program
Monitor delivery health by understanding and leveraging metrics, delivery dashboards, risk mitigation strategies, dependency coordination, and feedback loops
Manage Sprint and Product backlogs
Oversees performance of engagement data collection, research and reporting activities and staff
Leads analyses for key solution elements

Experience in Jira
Proven knowledge and experience with agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and mentor the team to reach their highest potential
Ability to understand technical issues at a high level and communicate agile methodologies within the organization
Strong ability to manage multiple agile teams and ensure a proper balance between client, business and technology teams, and management
Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex problems
B.S. or B.A. degree required
Minimum experience requirements: twelve (12) years of experience required
Must have or be willing to obtain Secret Clearance (this requires US Citizenship)
Acceptable candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background screen
