Responsibilities

Establish and manage strong working relationships with key business partners.

Develop scope and define backlog items (Epics/features/user stories) that guide the engineering teams.

Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.

Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analyses to stay on track toward business deliverable commitments.

Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integrations and dependencies.

Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features, so they are clearly understood by the development teams.

Represent the team in front of stakeholders, clients, or users.

Understand Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities, and other new trends.

Work closely with Product Management and SLT to create a product that fits the company portfolio.

Escalate usability and performance issues and maintain ownership of issues through resolution.

Continuously assess, identify, and present opportunities to improve the customer experience.
