Responsibilities
Assist in web development across a range of industries including tech, healthcare, and politics
Work simultaneously on multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines on U.S. East Coast and West Coast
Utilize Webflow and other popular content management systems to develop and maintain websites for clients
Collaborate closely with designers and developers to implement UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional web elements
Implement responsive designs across various devices and screen sizes
Write and maintain clean code efficiently using appropriate style classes
Set up analytics tools to capture relevant data points accurately across websites
Conduct testing on the website to identify and resolve any bugs, accessibility issues, or performance bottlenecks

Required
Strong programming experience in JavaScript, CSS, HTML. Experience with JQuery is a plus.
1-2 years of using one or more content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices and site speed optimization
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools, including, Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster, and Hotjar
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, and is adaptable to changing priorities
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science, engineering, web development, or related discipline/bootcamp and equivalent experience
