Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies: Collaborate in the creation and execution of marketing plans and strategies aimed at achieving company objectives in the US, Canada, and Mexico markets.
Coordinate marketing campaigns: Organize and oversee marketing campaigns, encompassing email marketing, social media initiatives, digital advertising (Google, YouTube, industry platforms), as well as major and minor trade shows, partner open houses, and workshops.
Create compelling content: Generate engaging content tailored for various channels, including social media updates and email newsletters, to effectively communicate the company's message and offerings.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics: Track and analyze marketing metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine marketing strategies for optimal results.
Support sales teams: Provide support to sales teams in the US, Canada, and Mexico by furnishing marketing collateral, presentations, and other relevant materials as required to facilitate their sales efforts.
Manage data in Salesforce: Assist in managing and importing data into Salesforce from business events or advertising campaigns, ensuring adherence to data workflow processes.
Ensure brand consistency: Collaborate with local management and the global marketing team to maintain brand consistency and alignment with company goals across all marketing initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Required

5-10 years of experience in general marketing activities: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in digital manufacturing.
Marketing Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing technology products, including Salesforce, Marketing Automation tools such as Pardot/Account Engagement, GoToWebinar, and Microsoft Office.
Digital Marketing Experience and high tech B2B experience: Experience with digital marketing, analytics related to Google AdWords, SEA/SEO and ability to understand B2B marketing preferably in the high-tech sector
Content Creation Skills: Ability to create compelling content for video and graphics using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere) or Canva.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Language Skills: Fluent in English language. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Work Attributes: Customer-oriented and capable of working independently, coupled with good analytical and communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Acute attention to detail, ensuring precision in work.
Interest in Innovative Technologies: Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and solutions.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required; therefore, a valid driving license is necessary.
Legal Status: Candidate must be a US citizen or have permanent resident status.
Location: Preferably based in New England
