Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an automated performance testing suite using LoadRunner and JMeter.
Design and execute performance tests using industry standard techniques.
Conduct performance, stress, and scalability testing to ensure all software products are free of errors and work as expected.
Coordinate with the software development team to identify potential areas of concern and improve application performance.
Familiarity using Azure load testing services for execution.
Prepare detailed reports on the results of performance tests, documenting any defects and systems errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that performance testing strategies align with company goals.
Remain current on new testing tools and test strategies, and improve processes constantly.

Required
4+ years of experience in performance test engineering, particularly with LoadRunner and JMeter
Proven track record of developing and executing performance test plans
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
LoadRunner Certification is a plus
Familiarity with other performance testing tools and execution on cloud solutions is a plus
Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
