Responsibilities
Create and expand customer relationships across functional departments within the customer supply chain through regular meetings and connections.
Leverage network SMEs to collaborate on solutions for business growth and retention.
Conduct regular business reviews using internal data and market intelligence to uncover new growth opportunities.
Negotiate rates for successful onboarding of new business and transactional loads.
Manage conflicts and navigate difficult conversations with customers.
Act as an advocate for customers internally to ensure proper alignment of resources.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify strategic solutions for complex issues.
Ensure optimal execution through the use of SOPs, business processes, and customer KPIs.
Regularly review portfolio customer's revenue, OR, and service performance to monitor and drive account health.
Proactively review customer's operational plan and volume expectations to ensure adherence.

Required
High School Diploma
1+ Years of Account Management & Sales Experience
Familiarity or possess a general knowledge of the transportation/logistics industry
Superior Communication & Presentation Skills
