Required
8+ years of experience conquering complex Front-End problems with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
6+ years of React expertise with a passion for modern patterns and a deep understanding of the framework's evolution.
3+ years of Next.js experience including architectural approaches, migrations, and server-side code.
2-3 years of architectural experience building and extending complex applications.
Mastery of Front-End tooling like Next CLI, TurboPack, Vite, Babel, and WebPack.
A keen eye for accessibility and UI/UX best practices.
Leadership experience guiding and mentoring teams with a collaborative spirit.
