Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of trade and settlement processes to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop detailed functional specifications, process flows, and user stories to support system enhancements and project implementations.
Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate solution designs.
Perform impact analysis and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation of system changes.
Provide subject matter expertise and support to end users, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance as needed.
Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of trade and settlement processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking industry, with a focus on trade and settlements.
Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, including trade execution, confirmation, and settlement processes.
Experience working with trade and settlement systems such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and SWIFT.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.
