Responsibilities

Using methodology to build models for plant equipment and processes for efficiency analysis.

Managing data flow for tasks associated with the role.

Monitoring plant efficiencies using real-time and historical data streams.

Analyzing plant efficiency KPIs and finding opportunities for improvement.

Collaborating with different teams to resolve efficiency issues.

Documenting findings and seeking continuous improvement.

Utilizing data analytics tools to detect operational issues.

Leading LEAD Center programs and suggesting improvements in analytics models.

Required

Degree in Engineering or related field

At least 2 years engineering experience

Previous experience analyzing data related to efficiency

Basic knowledge of chemical engineering equipment such as compressors, pumps, exchangers, distillation, reactors, valves, instruments

Proficient in Google Suite and MS Excel and ability to learn software/tools

Preferred

3+ years’ experience in industrial gases/cryogenics organization

Working knowledge of industrial gases technology (ASU, H2, Onsites)

Aveva Prism, Tibco, SEEQ, PI AF, PI Vision experience a plus
