Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns (25%): Work with the network’s marketing team and the stations’ market managers to develop, deploy and track promotional campaigns in a variety of inter-related channels, including radio, web, mobile, social media and email.
Events (25%): Coordinate attendance to a variety of events, collect market data, and manage the events calendar for the region.
Social Media (15%): Promote content on social media platforms, assist radio station personalities with maintaining their social media presence, and nurture relationships with local followers.
Content (15%): Assist with the creation of digital content, including updates to the stations’ websites, shooting photos and videos for social media campaigns, and documenting attendance to local events.
Sales Support (15%): Develop materials to assist local account executives in finding and nurturing leads.
Miscellaneous (5%): Contribute to other local station tasks as needed.

Required
Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred
A strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, branding, positioning, strategy and distribution channels
Fast learner with the ability to research and develop their skill set as it applies to the duties of this role
Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of working well with a team
A passion for culture, communications and local media
Must live within the broadcast region of WAUK or WRJN
