Responsibilities
Manage small projects, triage data requests, and distribute work among team members.
Participate in developing department policies and data governance practices.
Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions for data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, technical support teams, and leadership to deploy analytic solutions.
Utilize critical thinking, technical, analytical, and communication skills to create data models, reports, data visualizations, and self-service tools.
Serve as the Epic Cogito Project Manager and maintain active relationships with the enterprise data warehouse vendor.

Required
8 years of experience in data modeling, report development, data reporting, or data analysis
5 years SQL query development
4 years certification in data visualization development using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar software
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' work-related experience
Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
Experience in creating database objects (views, functions & stored procedures)
Proficient in Database and Data Warehouse Concepts (Relational Database, Data warehouse, Data Modeling)
Proficient in reporting tools (Business Objects, Microsoft Power BI, Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL Server Stack, etc.)
Ability to read, write and speak English
Effective written & verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills, consistently & effectively address client needs, collaborate with customers & set expectations
Contribute to technical discussions & strategic planning
Self-motivated
Ability to work independently under general guidance
Knowledge of continuous improvement practices and methodologies
Excellent critical thinking & problem-solving skills
Preferred
4 years experience working with health care data
3 years Crystal Reports development
2 years leadership experience through lead, coach, training, or management role
Master's Degree in BA, Comp Sci, Informatics, or related discipline
Epic Clarity Data Model(s) certification
Experience working within Epic modules (Cogito); Cogito certification preferred
Epic Cogito project manager experience
