Responsibilities
Analyze financial data and deliver leverageable reporting that provides insights to support strategic decision-making
Supervise and develop FP&A analysts as the financial reporting SME
Own analysis of consolidated financial results & providing insights that lead to effective action
Partner with Koch Businesses to communicate insights to internal costs to improve decision making
Partner with KCC FP&A and Accounting teams to effectively apply the data management strategy and deliver valuable financial reporting to the various stakeholders
Demonstrate principled entrepreneurship to identify opportunities for optimization, transformation, and insightful financial analysis
Experiment with technology, GenAI, and automation to improve financial reporting
Present recommendations, develop action plans, coordinate cross-functionally to implement changes, and measure progress

Required
Experience in financial analysis, economic analysis, or other role that demonstrates solid understanding of financial concepts, performance measures, economic principles, and data-driven insights
Experience communicating and presenting to stakeholders across all levels of an organization
Collaboration mindset with ability to build relationships and anticipate needs
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365, specifically in Excel & PowerBI and/or Tableau (data integrations, power pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis, formula creation)
Preferred
Leadership experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerBI and reporting off of large data sets
Data and Analytics experience, enabling data-driven approach to financial reporting
Understanding of Koch Capabilities and the Businesses they serve or experience supporting a business and demonstrating how financial reporting leads to improved decision making
Demonstrate strong application of Principle-Based Management® (PBM®)
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask
