Responsibilities
Achieve facility census goals and annual budget projections through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of care and service.
Maintain confidentiality, follow HIPPA requirements, and uphold facility policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service, build relationships with residents, families, and the community.

Required
Secondary Education Degree preferred
Two (2) years of experience in business development
Managed care/insurance preferred. Experience with public and commercial payers’ sources preferred
Experience working independently
At least one year in Long Term Care/Assisted Living/Independent Living
Preferred
Experience in a geriatric setting is preferred but not required
