Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective category strategies supported by executable sourcing plans
Lead strategic sourcing projects with business executives while managing sourcing relationships
Act as a consultant to business partners in the supplier sourcing process
Partner with internal organizations to define product/service requirements and identify suppliers
Conduct analysis, coordinate key partner participation, and execute administrative processes
Facilitate efforts across multiple products/brands and geographies
Build, communicate, and execute sourcing project work plan and timeline
Draft and redline commercial components of contracts and agreements
Assist with risk analysis, communicate risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies
Support clients in managing suppliers, contract changes, escalations, and terminations
Perform category management, identify data resources, track competitive landscape, and emerging suppliers
Handle administrative processes, activity reporting, and support other business-related activities as directed
Strong familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (Req to PO)
Other duties as assigned by management

Required
3+ years of experience in Category/Sourcing management
Proven ability to influence stakeholders
Proven ability to deliver hard savings, build strong provider relations, and drive change
Bachelors’ degree required
