Responsibilities
Prepare and provide a weekly overtime audit for Dayline and Inhouse Sales positions for multiple resorts.
Review time punches for Independent Contractors (ICs) biweekly, identifying and reporting inaccuracies.
Verify and summarize monthly reports on missed punches for upper management.
Conduct a monthly review of timestamp data for the Las Vegas sales team and report findings to management.
Store documented findings in a secure electronic archive.
Escalate critical communication issues to senior management when needed.
Perform other assigned duties.

Required
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
