Responsibilities
Collaborating with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high-quality experiences
Processing, reviewing and interpreting customer usage data/patterns to find new experience insights
Championing the needs of the customer and business stakeholders throughout the execution of the initiative, making sure that what is delivered meets the initial goals and objectives
Partnering with user experience engineering, design, consumer insights, and analytics teams to find the best possible solutions
Orchestrating the analysis to measure the results of UX features to quantify the business impact, and identify further opportunities
Prioritizing, designing, and implementing user experience enhancements and fixes and clearly articulating decisions and tradeoffs
Independently driving to agreement on product requirements and directions
Researching competition and 3rd party vendors to understand e-commerce market dynamics

Required
5+ years of product management experience, with strong business & technical acumen in an agile software development environment
2+ years experience in front-end e-commerce area (enough to be able to represent his/her POV), interpreting data, monitoring, analytics
A deep understanding and empathy for user experience
Ability to influence management as well as technical and non-technical team members
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members; relationship-building skills conducive to partnership
Growth mindset – unrestrained curiosity and drive to identify continuous opportunities
Aptitude to challenge self and others to deliver exceptional results
Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions, and manage ambiguity
Proven track record of consistently successful past projects with meeting customer needs, achieving business objectives, and on-time delivery
Master’s preferred, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
