Responsibilities
Creates custom reports using Power BI, SQL server queries, Excel, or Power Query.
Assists in building automated procedures for audits.
Writes and revises quality assurance procedures and processes.
Reviews and creates inbound files and outbound eligibility/accumulator extracts reports.
Develops recommendations for improvements to existing systems and processes.
Acts as the internal and external point of contact for all data file related items.
Collaborates with the Eligibility Team to resolve discrepancies in data files.
Works with programmers and IT to implement new files and changes to existing files.
Provides detailed summaries to management.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years related analytical/business and/ or development experience
Microsoft Excel – Advanced
Power BI - Advanced
SQL Skills – Advanced
Communication Skills – excellent written and verbal
Preferred
Master’s degree a plus
DocuVantage – Nice to have
