Responsibilities

Monthly P&L reporting and profitability analysis

Revenue and Gross Margin analysis

Preparation & review of product cost models and pricing analysis

Strategic and annual plan forecast support

Budget compilation and reporting

Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management and make recommendations for business improvements

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the financial support and operational expectations for the organization

Support capital spending requests

Ad hoc financial analysis for Division and Group Controller, as necessary

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting and/or business related field

Experience with data analysis/visualization tools beyond Microsoft excel (such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Oracle)

Ability to analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources

Experience working with complex forecasting models

Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a quick moving and change oriented environment

Ability to work independently and in teams

Able to effectively collaborate across multiple functions like engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, and operations

Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and interact cross-functionally at all levels of the organization

High energy level and genuine passion for the work. Desire to grow in the role

Position requires up to 5% travel

Preferred

5-10 years of finance or accounting experience preferred, semiconductor experience a plus
