Responsibilities

Drive tactical team-level improvement as part of the scrum process, applying principles and practices from agile and lean

Select tool, framework, and methodologies for team-level activities, within established guidelines

Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery

Adhere to high-quality development principles/scrum principles while delivering solutions/Sprint work on-time and on-budget.

Establish delivery processes for the preparation of reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software

Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits

Identify and encourage areas of growth and improvement within the team

At least 3+ years of experience on an Agile Scrum development team

Able to perform the complete system life cycle using the Agile Scrum Methodology phases from project initiation, analysis and requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation

Hands-on experience with the full-cycle software development process
