Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and implement internal quality assurance policies and procedures according to ISO9000/AS9100 and other customer requirements.

Establish and maintain the company-wide Quality System Program.

Develop quality assurance plans, conduct analysis, identify control points, establish limits, and monitor procedures.

Identify and formulate short- and long-term goals, develop strategies to achieve objectives.

Interface with customer quality representatives, conduct quality audits, and ensure adherence to quality policies.

Schedule and conduct quality management meetings, review the quality system, and ensure compliance.

Perform inspection and testing of products, monitor rejections, and prepare reports for management review.

Participate in Material Review Board investigations, approve corrective and preventative actions.

Provide in-house training on quality-related activities, establish and maintain a calibration system program.

Maintain records of quality inspection/test reports and manufacturing activities, develop self and employees through training and professional meetings.

Travel to customer and vendor sites for process assessments and audits.
