Bank Build - Stockpile - Industry Material Analyst

Responsibilities
Identify and implement material banking strategies for capacity, constraints, distressed supplier & Purchasing initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define & scope issues and recommend controlled strategies.
Execute management of build and depletion.
Monitor and report bank status and impact on inventory financials.
Lead initiatives to reduce Industrial Materials (IM) inventory by identifying and tracking opportunities.
IM Central Hub Team lead is responsible for the monthly inventory and metrics meeting including making sure all MCRP and SoX guidelines are being followed, determining the direction of future business, and oversite of the site staff.
Maximo admin for IM Hub reviews and grants access to request material from the site.
The Non-Production Team representative is responsible for reviewing additive manufacturing opportunities in the Industrial Material space.
Create and manage all Ariba expense requisitions for Non-Prod. This includes requesting quotes, getting funding approval, processing orders, entering receipts and follow up.

Required
High School Diploma or GED
Strong leadership behaviors, with a systemic process-oriented mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to create presentations with clear objectives that tailor your content to your audience’s interests, knowledge level and needs
Excellent communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams
Strong CMMS and CPARS knowledge
Experience with CMMS/CPARS Data/Datamart/Alteryx or other Data Analytical Tools
Strong understanding of MP&L (CMMS, CPARS, Data Warehouse) and Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) systems
Preferred
Bachelors Degree
Strong supply chain and Plant Experience Preferred
