Responsibilities
Leading pre-qualification.
CRM database entry and cleaning
Creation or modification of documents such as correspondence, drafts, memos, emails, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, success stories, etc.
Graphic adaptation of marketing assets (brochures, banners, presentations, videos, etc.,) utilizing Adobe and Microsoft software
Involvement in the implementation of a digital marketing strategy
Assisting in recruitment of success story candidates.
Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Assisting with the creation of samples cards
Transcribing minutes from meetings
Conducting market research as needed

Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative on projects.
High School Diploma or GED and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
Preferred
Prior internship experience in marketing or related fields is a plus but not required.
