Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies to support business decision-making processes.
Analyze data trends and patterns to provide recommendations on business strategies, operational efficiencies, and new opportunities.
Work closely with the enterprise data & reporting team to identify data gaps and opportunities, define data requirements for projects and design systems of measurement for business activity.
Collaborate with key business partners such as sales leadership, field operations, and the enterprise data & reporting team to define, standardize and automate reporting and analysis needs for daily, tactical decision making.
Develop and maintain tracking and reporting until a point where it can be automated and introduce analytical programs and dashboard reporting to the function and its partners.
Encourage innovation and experimentation within the team to explore new data sources, analytical techniques, and tools.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative / business field or equivalent practical experience required.
Certifications in analytics, data science, or related fields.
4+ years of robust analytics experience, with a focus on business intelligence
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS) and databases (SQL).
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience conducting quantitative & qualitative analysis to solve defined business problems
Intermediate to advanced skills with data visualization tools including Tableau and/or Power BI
Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
