Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solution in support of enterprise initiatives

Modifying maintaining, and modernizing existing solutions

Mentoring, training, or demonstrating to other professionals, as required.

Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize efforts to ensure continuous value to the business.

Use of various communication channels and software to interact with virtual customers and development teams.

Creating technical documentation of software changes

Performing emergency on-call duties

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.

At least 1 year of development experience with ServiceNow

Competence as a developer utilizing ServiceNow’s App Engine to create applications and digital workflows.

Proficient in the development of technical solutions such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell

Understanding of SQL database connections, object structures and queries

Ability to research new technologies for solution creation.

Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills: ability to juggle multiple assignments and manage changing priorities.

Great attention to detail and strong conceptual, analytical, and planning skills

Capable of working independently as well as in a team and cross-team environment

Ability to travel, on occasion, to support different locations.
