Responsibilities

Provide support to supervisor to assist with training team needs.

Communicate with associates for attendance requirements and travel information.

Work with various vendors who support the learning center operations as well as the participant travel needs.

Occasional inventory of tooling/equipment, supplies and technology assets, document retention, document creation.

Monitor class participant numbers, daily/weekly reporting.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Required

Minimum high school diploma: some college is helpful, as additional education provides broader perspectives, and provides additional functional expertise that can be applied on the job.

At least 2 years of administrative support required.

Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Strong communication and people management skills.

Professional demeanor is required.

Ability to maintain organization and accuracy, as well as the ability to work independently.

Expert proficiency in all frequently used business software programs, applications, or tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, internet usage) required.

Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
